Hello, I’m Patty Wroblewski, the Broker in Charge and owner of Casas & Houses Realty. What makes me unique for you to consider hiring me as your real estate agent? First, I am a licensed teacher in North Carolina. My expertise as an educator comes really handy when you come to my office for a consultation. You will not be left in the dark wondering what comes next after making an offer. By the end of your first visit, you will understand the steps of purchasing a house. I will, patiently, show you as many houses as necessary until you feel that you have found your dream home. Second, I am fluent in Spanish should you as a home buyer prefers to do the whole transaction in your native language. As a home seller, you will benefit from having a listing agent that has the skills of communicating with both English and Spanish speaking home buyers when touring your home. Third, I completed a non-mandatory training to be a Strategic Listing Specialist (SLS). This type of training provided invaluable tools to represent my home sellers and guide them throughout the transaction to a successful closing day. I also took additional training to be a Strategic Price Specialist (SPS), which is of great advantage to a home seller. This not only trained me to calculate the highest and best price but also to incorporate the uniqueness of each home and its surroundings to the price. Fourth, I am not selective. I happily welcome a first time home buyer or the buyer of a luxury home. Lastly, I am a licensed real estate broker and a REALTOR® that has been representing home buyers and sellers since 2003, and that experience and expertise gives me the confidence and desire to continue doing a great job for my clients.

When you visit a house for sale, the sellers already have paid a commission to the Listing Agent (sellers’ agent) for putting their house on the market. At the closing meeting, the Listing Agent will split the commission with the Buyers’ Agent (your agent). So why not work with a real estate agent? About Casas & Houses Realty

Casas & Houses Realty was born in 2003. It all started when the owner, a licensed Spanish teacher from Colombia, was asked to interpret a Spanish conversation between a prospect buyer and a real estate agent. That led to more referrals from the Spanish speaking clients to that agent. With so many people calling the agent speaking Spanish, his broker in charge hired the teacher to work as the interpreter for that real estate firm. She really enjoyed interpreting and learning about real estate transactions so much, that a few months into the position she enrolled herself in a real estate school to take the training to be a real estate agent. Later on she took the state exam and got licensed to sell real state in North Carolina, Not happy with that, she took additional training to open her own real estate firm, Initially, we opened the business with the name of Solo Realtors, LLC and decided to change the Firm’s name to something catchier that implies bilingualism since the business owner is fluent in Spanish. That is how Casas & Houses Realty’s name was created!
