As a real estate professional you will represent both buyers and sellers to assist them achieve their real estate goals. You must pay close attention to details. At Casas & Houses Realty (C&H Realty) we have been representing both home sellers and buyers since 2004, and we are very passionate.  We are very excited to be able to expand the horizon by stretching outside the Triangle area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect all required documents from clients to close the transaction
• Attend all closings
• Actively seek for opportunities and ways to gain new clients
• Represent home buyers and/or sellers in the purchase or sale of a house
• Retrieve from property and turn in to BIC signs, lockboxes, and any other items used to sell your listing

Work Experience:

• Recently licensed brokers are welcome to apply. Experienced agents must have
  the ability to prove a minimum of 8 successful transactions within the past year
• Must have a NC real estate broker’s license (no PB license accepted)

Skills:

• Technology savvy, a must
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Well-articulated

• 100% commission for experienced Brokers, and 70% if you are an inexperienced Broker
